Eid was at some point this week lol (it's based on the moon sighting, so exact days may vary) - here's what I wore

I dressed up a little for the morning prayers & sermon service, but I'm getting better at not going overboard (like I used to with immediate family) since I know MrZ prefers to keep things casual & active. Indeed, we ate out at a quiet cafe, then took the ferry across the harbour (photos #1 & #2) to check out some museums (pro tip for anyone planning to visit HK: quite a few of the museums have free entry on Wednesdays)!

All in all, I think I'm finally finding my sweet spot with my style - aligning my natural magpie inclinations to what suits me (Dark Autumn) & my lifestyle (including my spouse lol - photo #7 is how I wore my shalwar kameez, but actually #8 & #9 is the *front*. I deliberately wore it backwards because MrZ doesn't like anything 'too shiny' or that the part with the pearls looks like a vest/ waistcoat. The things we do for love, eh? lol!)
