See thread The Boot Gods Provideth ... these are the Erich Michael tall black boots with totally walkable, low wedge heel. Worn with
- EF skirted leggings
- UO fleece leggings underneath for warmth
- BR high low blue top
- Black theory cascading cardigan
- AT gold/black bracelet
- Coach bag
- BR scarf
The outfit is kind of dark, but I wore a white puffer -- my marshmallow man puffer -- over top, because we have like 8 feet of snow on the ground. I exaggerate, but only a bit.
The boots performed very well. They are the perfect replacement for my trusty pleather wedges. Even warmer. They are a bit looser than I'm used to but I think they work? They are also taller but are not rubbing when I sit -- I feel like the height is good. I know it's probably difficult to tell in this photo.
Otherwise I'm test-running outfits I'll be wearing in a couple of weeks on our trip to Iceland & London. This is perfect for that - but imagine with white backpack. Cozy, and layered -- will work great if I have to peel things off if it warms up. I think I can walk in these boots all day, and they are quite waterproof. They have a thick rubberized sole with plenty of traction.
