Today's ensemble was easy to put together from my closet, although I think my version is pretty light on the tomboy element. Of course I started with my silky floral bomber and rolled skinnies. I tried a couple of white tops like the inspiration photo but they all weren't quite right so I ended up with a silvery grey blouse instead. I don't have true ankle wrap sandals so I substituted some gladiators, in silver to match the blouse. LOVED how this turned out. Fun and comfortable. Thanks for the inspiration, Angie!
As an aside, this blouse shrank significantly when I laundered it. It used to be quite oversized and is now rather fitted. I don't mind, actually, since I think it fits better now, but sheesh. Viscose is so unreliable and I must say I'm not impressed with the quality of topshop items in general (this is the only one I own but I've rejected many at the store because of shoddy quality). I only hope it is done shrinking now!
