WIW: Early Fall

I haven’t posted a WIW in a while. It was a beautiful early fall day, cool enough for a cardigan in the a.m. and warm enough for a sleeveless top later. This outfit has little to do with current trends; but I felt good in it today and received compliments at work. Gentle suggestions for tweaks and improvements always appreciated!
Top: Banana Republic
Cardigan: August Silk
Pants: Worthington
Shoes: Rieker
Necklace: Kate Spade (Those little birds turn in different directions on the necklace no matter how many times I turn them all the same way.)

Little to do with current trends??? Voluminous pants are just so trendy now, plaid again! And love the bright turquoise to it!!

Wow, you Fabbers are good for a girl’s ego! I bought those pants from JC Penney a few years ago; who knew they’d be leading the trends in 2018?!

I have a blue print blouse I was going to wear with those pants yesterday in an attempt to pattern mix. Then I decided to change to the outfit I posted. I might post again, with the blouse.
