I love wearing dresses! So far this week everything has worked according to plan. I apologize for posting mostly old news - there's only one new dress in the heap of dresses I'm wearing this week, and it's not due until the weekend. A number of old darlings has come out to play again, and I really like to get them out of the closet.

Monday: Last ordinary lessons/day with my dear senior students, and a nice dress was in order to honor the occasion. Blue cobalt dress, ivory safari blazer, nude wedges, brown messenger bag. Detail: Yellow silk scarf on the bag.

Tuesday: Teaching my other class. The temperature dropped to around 15C/the fifties, so I almost felt too cold in this. Black double breasted shirt dress (bought to my 40th birthday almost five years ago and still a dear favorite). The self fabric belt was swapped for a narrow belt in red, black and brown. Ballerina flats with snakeskin pattern, denim jacket, brown messenger bag.

Wednesday: Giving a presentation to my colleagues. Still quite chilly, so nude hose was necessary. Black sheath, apple green blazer, cobalt blue chiffon scarf, light grey pumps, brown messenger bag. I thought of wearing the orange wedges, but somehow they felt overwhelming.

So - this is it so far. I've planned outfits for the remains of the week, so if the weather collaborates, I'm good. I'll post the outfits as soon as they're worn.
