I need to clear things up. I wear cropped pants!!! Exhibit A and B below:
I can get my head around cropped pants/jeans very comfortably *if* I perceive the leg line to be long or regular length. As soon as I see a leg-shortening effect - I get my knickers in a knot. So I am very, very sticky about the look, and caution all those who wear cropped pants. (I caution myself too!) I hope this makes sense.
A longer leg line can be achieved in many, many ways. Here Dana, your outfit is virtually a column of colour from shirt to shoe. This makes the outfit work to my eye. Also the jeans are very tapered, which helps a lot.
