I wore this outfit this past Saturday on a date. It was one of those dreary days that he and I are getting weary of. The day started with on and off rain, then on and off snow showers later in the day. The all you can eat at Applebees sounded good, and we went bowling afterward, so we had a casual date.
Those heeled sneakers (almost 3") were part of my boyfriend's Christmas gift to me, so I wore them with my black denim skirt, hemline several inches above my knees. Because it was a grey day, I wore a white and grey snowflake sweater, and my blue snowflake leggings, for rain and snow. I normally do not wear two printed pieces in the same outfit, but I don't think the outfit looked too busy..
