I’ve been following Angie’s rec of wearing our sparkly items and not save them for holidays and parties. I wore this top this past holiday season (I call it my Shar Pei top) and now am putting it to work with white for Spring. I added sheen with the belt and my nail polish. I’m also testing the look Before and After applying some of Angie’s tips for adding structure: pull up the sleeves to show skin and semi-tuck the top. Big difference, don’t you agree? My hair looks flat because I have my straightening treatment on – it has to stay on for 48 hours. My hair is naturally wavy. And fine.

The third photo shows my hair after it was trimmed last week. I kept the fringe, thanks to your advice, and am enjoying it. I like the way it hides my face from certain angles... mmm, now I wonder what that says about me. I’m testing my tolerance for fluidity with the gray top (Two by Vince Camuto) – I feel “wide” even though the material is T-shirt like. I love the open back, it reminds me of Deborah. Wearing black and gray because the weather was “cold” – in the 60s.

Thanks for looking and commenting!
