An extremely casual look for work today (it's dress down month). Simplicity and comfort were key factors in today's outfit - we had a going away party this afternoon for a co-worker who is leaving to visit family in Africa (I was in charge of passing out cake to 2nd graders), plus I'm headed out for sushi and a relaxation yoga class with friends this evening. I was going to wear a statement necklace, but I have to wear an ID lanyard at work and it all would have been too fussy. I have no cropped sweaters, so hopefully the shorter (not really cropped) jacket counts.
So how'd I do? If my shirt looks like it's pulling it's not really. I thought about switching out the white button-down for my peach one tonight, we'll see if the mood strikes me - or if I got any cake stains on the white shirt!
