I bought this skirt a few years ago on a whim and a sale. I've always loved it's crazy layers although it is not the easiest skirt to style.
Last season I wore it with high heeled spikey pointy toed boots but this year those boots haven't even come out of my closet. I thought it worked pretty well with my flat riding boots today.
Looking back at the pics, I think the top is too long perhaps.
