Celebrating some sunny weather with a floral print! This outfit is almost entirely comprised of finds from a very successful recent shopping haul, though the white sleeveless blouse is an old Loft find that I wear all the time and wish they would reissue.

I highly recommend this Loft blazer as a spring/summer topper (it was a better option than the J Crew style I'd been considering earlier this spring and is generally more flattering). The pants are Banana Republic and similar to the find I posted below, though not exact - mine have a daisy print. Sandals are Sam Edelman from Nordstrom Rack (and pretty comfortable so far).

I struggle sometimes to create outfits that meet my style goals and suit my work lifestyle: I feel happiest in classic polished looks that are feminine and playful but not fussy, and that are flattering to my apple shape. I'm in a creative environment where I can occasionally go pretty casual (which is a perk for me), but I frequently have lots of events/cocktail receptions/meetings so I NEED that polish. I also regularly give presentations so I sometimes worry that playful pieces read as too "young." I'm happy with this look today, it checks off the right boxes for me!
