After shoveling our driveway and showering, I decided to put on real clothes because why not? And I was a little tired of wearing gear and elastic waist pants.
So Lisa inspired me to debut the sweater and since no one but the dog will see me tonight I thought I’d share with you all.
Paired it with my soft black (or dark gray depending on your viewpoint) moto jeans, my absolutely ancient gray distressed Doc Martens, and a scarf I got in Africa that has all the neutrals — grays, browns, black — so it sort of bookends the jeans and boots and ties in the warmer tones in the sweater. Perfectly cozy for a cold day and good for doing some work in my office and cooking dinner (with an apron of course).
I may have ordered those white-soled boots that Lisa got. If they work, that will be my second and final boot purchase of the winter.
