This week the weather has been gray, cold, and rainy on the brink of sleet, so I opted for simplicity, but a little color to combat the gray light.

1. The one sunny/warmer day. Shirt is thrifted foxcroft. I'm not sure about the style but I love looking at the color and longing for roses.

2. Pouring rain, so I went matchy with a gear jacket.

3. Trying some looser pants which hadn't gotten much love lately with heeled sneakers. My faux/semi tucking always looks full Still not sure about these pants (very fine wale soft cords).

4. Red platform oxfords are good rain shoes. Patent but not leather, and platforms that lift the shoe away from puddles.

5. Near the end of the week I found this London Fog at a thrift store. Usually less buttoned up, but I was about to head out in the cold again.

Any feedback welcome!
