WiW cold again - mixing spring and winter items

It's June, but no summer. Keeping comfy with silk, cashmere and wool. Bright blue and green to give a spring vibe. Hopefully I managed stylewise

Soft cream silk blouse (my grandmothers)
Bright blue chinos
Grey cashmere
Black vintage wool jacket (from my friends grandmother)
Terracotta scarf
Black booties
Green bag

Very nice Harmonica - cool spring days can be so difficult to dress for! The blue chinos are perfect for spring and such a lovely colour.

I like the slight military/retro styling on the coat - and paired with bright blue pants. So you bring spring/summer in with color and then layers for cool weather. Pretty smart!!

Ooh I like this a lot! It's a bit more streamlined than many of your other outfits I've seen, but still totally has the cool arty edge. Very cohesive, nicely done.

Thank you all! Sometimes I just want to surrende the cold weather and tuck myself in tripple chunky wool garments.

The more the green bag is in action, the more I love it. Very happy about deciding to use it instead of saving it for "some better day". The better day is *now*

As for the jacket, it's been hanging in my closet for a long time without beeing worn. I think I have to find some bottoms to pair it with that will be great, not just ok. I think skinny jeans and maybe my new dressy pants will go with it. And maybe a pencil too. Hmmm... have to figure this sometimes soon

Sitting in 45 degrees Celsius, I can't imagine being cold in June in the northern hemisphere! But you do pull off a bundled-up spring/summer with panache.

That jacket was languishing?! Why?? It is gorgeous. DO wear it more often. And I like your NOW is the time philosophy too --- that bag needs to be seen on you again and again!

thank you Manidipa! Similarly, I can't imagine Singapore humidity and heat at these times! I don't know why I havn't worn the jacket that much - I think it may be because I usually go by bike (up, up, up the hills!) to work, but have been using the car lately.
