WIW: Cognac Monk Strap Loafers

I had the day off today and decided to wear my new cognac monk strap loafers to run errands. It wasn't quite cool enough to warrant a jacket, but I needed to stop by work and wanted a bit of extra coverage.

Emily- those shoes are awesome. YLF from head to toe.

I am looking for an "almost" cognac bag (my version of cognac has a bit more red than orange in it a la Frye burnt red or sienna color) and find much in that color wave skews a little boho. I appreciate that look and yet it doesn't play with my wardrobe. Your monk shoes are beautifully structured and add so much to an outfit. Brilliant style choice.

Re: shoe comfort - not bad. They are a little stiff. I did get a blister, but I made the rookie mistake of wearing them for the first time to run errands without socks. I suspect with some preventative moleskin/wearing around the house with socks they will soften.

@Angie, I'm glad you approve the cuffed skinnies! That is the only element I was a little unsure about.
