So working on my style words and have come with classic, polished and dramatic. I feel todays outfit is really me. This week has been straight fun getting dressed thinking about my style words and does each outfit convey this message.
Classic - I like classic cuts and clean lines. Not a lot of pattern, many of my clothes end up lasting for years because I like. Love a neutral and adore clean straight lines. In the process of redoing my kitchen and is has lots of lovely clean straight lines in neutral colors but would never be mistaken as modern. Plus my signature style is a brooch, scarf or necklace (pearls preferred)
Polished - Not a Rate bone in me. My touch of RATE is truely not polishing my shoes. I need quality fabrications, I actually dislike jeans, tennis shoes are only ever worn for working out. I am all about fit and get almost everything tailored these days to fit me.
Dramatic -I am not arty or romantic but I love a good drape and a great statement piece
So onto todays outfit:
Leather jacket - the dramatic part of the outfit with great drape
Red, white and black top - Nice print
Black pants - The pants look like they don't fit right in length but really they do -had come home after work and taken off my boots and didn't adjust because I just wanted to change into lounge clothes.
Red shoes with animal print on top - another dramatic piece
All together I feel it reads classic with a touch of drama
As always all feedback appreciated and what do you think of my style words.
