Yesterday my boss handed me this top, sort of offhandedly and said "I snagged this top on a nail and I can't sew, so if you can fix it and want it, you can have it. It is a really nice brand." When I threw it in my bag, I had the fleeting thought that it felt very high quality, but didn't think of it again. I couldn't decide what to wear to another niece's ballet this afternoon, then rembered the top... It is a Vince, boat neck tunic and when I put it on, I was blown away!! It fit like a dream and drapes beautifully. I felt like Deborah! I stitched tiny pleats in each shoulder to cover the hole on one shoulder and vioala...
