WIW challenge Angie inspired and today's blog!

Well look there, I have a post that is Angie inspired AND blog inspired!
It's been a rough week, badly sleeping(not sleeping)baby. The dark circles on my face match the sweater sleeves... Anyhow counting my many blessings I Sally forth like all tired women
Today I would love your input for preference . I have two versions of Angie's equestrian outfit from earlier this week. Both have same base of burgundy/black color block cashmere sweater from saks outlet abd AT loft cream skinny cords

Version 1
Zara patch elbow blazer
Geewawa olive tie booties

Version 2
Willow abd clay black blazer
Black booties( can't recall brand)

Preferences? I think I like the zara jacket version better texturally abd soft color wise. Thoughts appreciated!

Must also thank Angie for posting that original outfit in light colored pants. I tend to buy white pants then become afraid to wear them! It was great inspiration seeing her winter outfit in white pants

Outstanding!! Slight preference for the first version. I just love the burgundy sweater with the tweedy jacket and crisp white jeans. Well done!! Sorry you are so tired....I remember that feeling well

Both versions are really lovely - I have a slight preference for the first too, because of the color and texture but the second has more of an urban vibe so it also works really well.

Thanks Tex and Jackie! I think I'll head out in the first outfit version today. I don't often wear black jackets on sunny days, just a thing I have . Right now it's cold but gorgeous outside so I'm opting for the less urban," softer" look

I LOVE the version with the tweed jacket. You nailed it, and look FABULOUS. Great with the white jeans too - a little more authentically equestrian.

Hurrah thanks Angie! Thanks Tanya! I'm still stalking smythe blazers in eBay, hoping to score one a bit less expensive than they tend to run . But this zara blazer, also scored on eBay, will do in the meantime

Wow! What great examples...especially love the first outfit but each one is fantastic. YLF!

Thank you so much ladies! I successfully road tested the first outfit on a shopping run this morning. It ft comfy and pulled together, like I out some thought but not overly trying. I did haul off the cashmere sweater before breastfeeding at home though, no need to christen it with spit up just yet!

Wow, you look fantastic no signs of tired Mama. I like both but have a slight preference for the second version as I like the way the boots work with the jacket in happy symmetry. Plus the burgundy top peeking underneath in both outfits is POI-FECT!

Gorgeous! The first one is especially fabulous. I think the second one would have more zing with a patterned blouse under the solid jacket.

Might have to check out Loft's cream skinny cords. They're amazing on you!

I love that you're tired but remembering to count your blessings. What a good mama you must be.

Agree that the first one is a little bit crisper...but both are stunning! You look great even if you're exhausted...hope things get easier soon.
