Today we celebrate midsummer in Sweden, which is a rather weird tradition which originally is to celebrate sort of the earth’s fertility? And summer solstice, I think. We eat traditional food and dance around a big pole covered with flowers! A bit weird when you think about it
My partner unfortunately fell ill today, so I’m spending my day with Oskar at my mum’s and her partner.
This is what I’m wearing, sorry for poor picture!
Beige loose cardigan, white sleeveless top, golden necklace, floral skirt and sandals.
Second pic is from earlier today when we were at a meeting place dancing around the pole! Weather is often pretty bad on this day so this is unfortunately what most pics look like - grey clouds and coats... but fun with the dancing anyway!
