It has been a busy week and things are not going to slow down until Easter. But of course I would find time for YLF

So here are a few WIWs from the past week. I have recreated the outfits ... so please ignore the wrinkles and improper undergarment o_O! I promise I didn't wear them out like that

1) Another pink and olive outfit, with animal accents. I wore this for a casual dinner to a friend's house.

2) BFs with fluid top and cap toed ballet flats. Worn for a walk to the park with family.

3) BFs with black tunic top, colorful gladiator sandals and green tote. I wore this for an outing to a local flower garden. I wanted to dress for the occasion but not get lost amidst all the beautiful flowers!

4) Denim on denim with red toms and striped bucket bag. Worn for breakfast with family at a local joint.

5) My take on the flared trend. I have owned these flared pants for 3 years now. Here I am wearing it with a crossover blouse, pointy toe heels and studded tote as per Angie's recent ensemble. This was for a birthday party at a friend's house.

All the outfits were throw and go and I hardly had the time to take a second look in the mirror. So I am not sure if they need any tweaking or if the proportions are good. What do you think? All suggestions are welcome! Thank you for stopping by!

i like them all. your take on the flares is great, and i love how you have paired the BFs with completely different types of shoes.

I am SO loving the bold pink and olive with animal print. I'm gonna have to try that combo!

I'm also really digging the double denim with the b/w striped bag and red shoes. I love how it's simple "with a burst of bold" because of the graphic stripe bag and pop of red shoes.

We are being spoiled with 5 fabulous outfits to admire! I keep looking at them and I really can't pick a favourite as there are lots of elements in each one which I love. Your style is soaring high at the moment!

Thank you lovely ladies! Sorry I had to post and run. I didn't expect it to be a post and run. Ack! The shopping bug bit one of my neices and she dragged me along. Of course I came back with few goodies .. So I'll call it good

Love all of these! You really rock the boyfriends!

You look great in all of these! I especially love #2 and think I want the shoes in #1.

The only thing I'm wondering about a little is that the bag and shoes in #4 look a little disjointed together, almost like they're taking the outfit in two different directions. I think they both look really cute with the denim-on-denim, but the shoes kind of have a beachy-casual vibe, while the bag is a little more hard-edged, especially with the studs. This might just be me, though, so take with a grain of salt.

Especially love the pink and olive combo (with leopard) and the flares outfit. But I'm super taken by your bookending in 2 and just love that silky top with the distressed BF jeans!! Super juxtaposition!

Aubergine - Whenever I wear my red toms I am unsure what bag to use! So I understand where you are coming from! But I love them and I still wear them anyway ... But I always bookend them with red necklace or earrings. I was wearing earrings with this outfit which I forgot to photograph!

I love your outfits Neel. They may be throw and go, but they show a lot of thought and fun and knowing what makes you happy, and they all feel consistently you as different as they are.

#1 - Pink and olive is fantastic. I think this might be the final push for me to try the formula.
#2 - The top elevates this outfit from casual to glam casual for me because it's woven.
#3 - One of my favourite ways to add a punch to the outfit - the footwear. (Worn for the Pink Floyd cover?) The outfit is wonderful, I think it'd also look great with the shoes from #2.
#4 - Great take on denim on denim and shoe-punch again.
#5 - Elegant, modern, beautiful. I love this silhouette on you.

You do "throw and go" rather well, Neel! Like all the outfits, but #1 and #5 are my favourite. #5 is perfect for wotk.

OMG. I love all of them. You do look fabulous.

I really love the relaxed yet graphic feel and bold colours in 2 & 3. Those are probably my favourites on you, although the butterfly print on the blouse in 5 is calling my name! They're all lovely though.
