Hey Fabbers

Just a few pics from the last few days:

1. I liked this outfit a lot. I love me some flowy layers!

2. Casual Friday... I think I was influenced by SarahTheWhite and MuseumGal here and I had quite a few compliments - amazing what effect the Con's have! I have worn the same outfit with plain black ballet pumps before and not a word. And the a sneakers and people notice.

3. I got a hair cut. Still deciding how I feel about the very short back which the stylist insists was a good idea to show off the layers and movement in the front. And the fringe... Hmmm....

4. Dinner out for a friend's birthday. Skinnies and oversized high-low top, with high wedge sandals. Unfortunately this top has probably had it's last outing - it's sprung holes all over and although I've mended it a few times, it's just too tatty to do again.

5. Today's skirt, top and pumps.

I have almost the same cut now, and I like it on you, too! Love artsy layers in nr 1 and the very smart and flatering casual in nr. 5! Love converse outfit, too, bummer about holes:-((

1 is smashing, love the pointy toed ankle strap flats, and just the whole thing. You new hair cut is really cute. I've been tempted several times ... maybe next time I cut the whole mess off I'll try it. Also: yay Cons!

Fringes have a way of growing super-quickly- by the time you are used to it you can decide to redo or grow anyway.
Always enjoy your flowing and easy outfits too.

Lovely outfits and your hair looks great. I do pefer longer sweeps on you rather than the fringe but as Lyn says if you decide not to keep the fringe it will grow quickly. The trick is having a nice flow from front to back when the back is much shorter than the front. My pet peeve is hair that looks like two styles in one if that makes sense, but this looks good on you. I have gone very short at the back too and I am questioning whether I have gone a bit far lol. I think you look great.

Oh I love 2 and 4 - definitely one of my favorite looks (and of course my newfound love of the cons!!). This look is beautiful on you! Love the pointy toe pallet flats - I have a similar pair that I was willing to break my no black shoe rule for. Finally, I REALLY love your hair. The super short back with longer front is edgy and soft at the same time, and the bangs make it funky, I think. That, with the color - LOVE!!!
