WIW: casual Friday and my tube skirt

Here are some recent WIWs.

First, my Gap boyfriend jeans with a plum top and my new cognac belt for casual Friday. To me the jeans appear to have slightly too much material, but are okay.

Second, my VC tube skirt with a purple top. I like the color of this top, but ideally it would be about 2 inches longer.

In other news, I got new shoes for my ridiculously fussy feet. Between bunions, fallen arches and wide feet, it's hard to find anything that works. The brand of these is SAS. Happy to have found these!

I like both the bf jeans and the tube skirt. They both work so well with the purple top! As for wishing the tube skirt was a tad longer, you can always use the shorter skirt to your advantage by accessorizing with fun, patterned tights

Yes, our work bathroom is highly stylish...just like a runway! I did not do the "pattern matching" between the skirt and the floor on purpose, it just turned out that way!

Both outfits look great on you. I like the fit of the jeans and the length of the purple top with the tube skirt looks fine to my eye. The shoes look comfy and cute for fussy feet.

Both are such flattering outfits--even though, in your eyes, they may not be perfect 10's. But they look fab from here--those colours are awesome on you.
