So when I think boho, the thing that doesn't come to mind is "tomboy." Yet when I pulled Wednesday's outfit together I found that it made me think of a tomboyish version of boho thanks to the fringe and pattern on the oversized sweater jacket.
The edgier elements (studded python print skater sneaks, studded belt, cabbie hat and BF jeans) really read as tomboyish while the sweater is just the epitome of boho, imho.
Not a general combo I'd think of going for but I found I liked it overall, most especially for the casual comfort factor.
In retrospect I wished I'd gone for a full length BF jean with some ankle socks because the temps ended up being cooler than forecast and my feet were cold all day. Eh. You win some and you lose some, right?
