Finally got a chance to break out the Mural floral-back vest that was one of Angie's picks a while ago. (If you'll remember it took me a while to track it down in the right size.) For its first outing, I went with a simple backdrop of black jeans, platform sandals, and a colored tee. I think the tee is slightly too tight and short here, but most of my good tees are black and I did not want to do head to toe black.
PS - Was considering wearing the vest next time with a floral top underneath. Is this a weird idea? It would be like pattern mixing but not really because you'd see one floral from the front and a different one from the back. (and maybe a peek from the sleeves depending on whether I go for sleeveless or sleeved.)
