WIW: Brunch. Last event - YouLookFab Forum

Our nephew's wedding weekend ended this morning with a brunch just a few houses away from us. Managed to keep it to ONE mimosa!!

I went full on casual:

Olive utility jacket -- Tahari (from Winners this summer)
lightweight heathered grey long sleeved tee -- Winners
White crop flare jeans -- Gap a few years ago
Bronze metallic sneakers -- Ecco Soft 7

I was happy to see the bronze coloured buttons on the jacket pick up the bronze of the shoes. I'm getting as many wears as I can out of these white jeans while they fit, so I was delighted to have someplace to wear them today. This might have been one of the last really nice days, so we have to milk every bit of it.

This was my first outing for the grey top -- I realized I need at least a couple of somewhat boxy, lightweight, crew neck tops to wear under toppers either tucked or untucked, and this one fit the bill.

It was fun to have occasions to dress for. Thanks for putting up with so many posts these last few days!!!

Very nice look - perfect for brunch! Love the white jeans with Ecco sneakers/white soles.
Lightweight tops for layering are always on my list ( preferably with some graphics ).

Thanks slim cat -- yes, graphics are also on my list. I picked up one with a little slogan on it, which is new ground for me, and have worn it once or twice with the jeans, too. Graphics do add an interesting element.

Super fun to follow along with your wedding weekend! You look excellent in white and great in your outfit! I went to a bat mitzvah last night and was impressed that I managed to keep it to TWO glasses of wine - but I have not been celebrating for a few days .
