WIW: Blue, black and terra-cotta

This outfit is a variation of the one I wore on Monday, but this time I've added more color. Some old favorites (the cardi & shoes) are put together with a new terra-cotta top and a black pencil skirt. The cardigan has served me well for many years, and the oxfords are frequently in use by both my daughters and myself. Very high ROI on both items, I'd say. I notice that the belt of he cardigan is way too high on my waist in the photo, so I made sure it was correctly placed when I left today. Bah.

Ingunn, you look fetching indeed! I love seeing your curls from the side view. The belted waist silhouette seems to particularly suit you. Your oxfords strike just the right note and tell your daughter what a nice job she did knitting the cowl. I'd say she deserves to borrow your shoes now and again. Oh, and the trench is PERFECT. If only I needed one.
