After adding two more thrifted menswear blazers last week, I now have six in a variety of colours.

I’m not sure exactly what inspired me to start this collection, but I am clearly having a moment.

I also have a TON of scarves and I thought I might give myself a mini challenge to style the blazers and scarves for my in-office days for the next couple of weeks. (I am in the office two days a week so it would take three weeks to wear every blazer once.)

Today, I started with a blue blazer I thrifted last weekend. Added an old H&M knit top that perfectly matches one of the colours in my blue patterned scarf. BR wide leg pants are a bit big, but do the job. I actually wanted this jacket to pair of black and white pinstripe pants that I haven’t had shortened yet. I think that would have been a fun pattern mix. In any case, solid black also works. The brown boots are Timberland, several years old. The closest I have to a refined boot — I call them refined stompy!

I find it challenging to keep the sleeves up on these blazers but I’ve shown them both ways here. It’s not just that they slide down, there is just too much fabric for a scrunch to be terribly comfortable.

The scarf is very lightweight but maybe it poofs out too much? I have a short neck and sometimes insist on dressing as though I have a long one.

I also always feel hot and red faced in these bathroom photos. Oh well.

Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions for improvement always welcome!
