Yesterday was a crummy, thankless day at work so today I am feeling tough and powerful in black and my snakeskin booties. I layered a chiffon blouse from Smart Set under my BR Ponte Sheath dress and added a taupe and black snake belt for some structure. It's a chilly one out there so I am wearing fleece lined tights and have a cardigan with me for warmth. The neckline of the sheath and chiffon top didn't play together quite as nicely as I expected and I think the effect kind of evokes "The Sound of Music", but only a little.
