Dear Fabbers, greatly encouraged by your recent lovely comments on a work outfit, here is another. I really like the blouse cuffs - it feels good in meetings when I'm largely sitting at formal tables. The skirt is nearing the end of wearing and I will buy a similar one soon. It is a skirt in which I need to own my curves, and the width of the cuffs adds to bulk around my hips if standing with my arms down, but, hey I still like it. I've not worn the top yet with trousers for this reason.

Super chic indeed!!! Your curves are divine, and that beautiful pencil skirt emphasizes them beautifully. I love the little side split. The blouse is a beauty too, extra fab with the dramatic cuffs. The pearls add another layer (pun not intended) of elegance. Love the pink lipstick and red nail polish too.

Thank you Joy - thankfully Baukjen have a very similar one ready just for me (!) But I am seeking the old one out. The material just keeps going on and on, and I wash after every wear, so it has been a work horse.

I am so pleased I opened this thread. You look so wonderful in this look - I love the whole look on you. I feel the blouse balances the skirt perfectly - the curves in the sleeve match the curve of the hip.

I would actually love with the blouse especially hands down, think the cuff IS NOT adding any bulk, on contrary, it takes off if you want so, as cuffs are the sleekest point on your arms! The puffy sleeves are higher up and adding a luxurious amount of drape, which means rather ladylike and royalty in my book:-).
