I've been sporting super casual looks all week, as I am home alone with my daughter (who is off school for winter break) while my husband and our boys are away on a ski vacation. I forgot how much attention five year olds require when their older siblings are away. I'm thoroughly enjoying the girl bonding time.

I wore this over the weekend when I was out with friends. Confession, I often wear an outfit with the sole purpose of showcasing my shoes. Shoes are definitely my greatest weakness, and I view them more as a collection. Which leads to some interesting purchases, such as these. I don't think I've worn completely white shoes since I was a little girl. These are by Celine, they are very severe with the pointy toe and the architectural shape.

Paired with black jeans, a white silk blouse, R&B arrow print blazer, and Valentino clutch. I so enjoy the high contrast look of black and white, but I'm wondering if I should have injected some colour somewhere (different bag maybe). Thanks so much for looking.
