Happy New Year everyone! It's hard to believe that I have almost had two weeks off from work now' I have been enjoying the time with my DD and my family. My in-laws made an impromptu visit, from MIchigan to Central New York! Needless to say, we were happily surprised (for us this is a good thing).
For my Birthday, which was today, I wore this red Townsen pointelle sweater over a tunic length white button down shirt and my AG Niki Stealth Jeans. I celebrated my birthday today with my immediate family only, and I spent the entire day at home, so I wore my Haflinger slippers. (I have a celebration with friends over the weekend). For holiday dinner with my in-laws which was also at home, I wore my blue Vince sweater and Jeans. This is a repeat outfit. I felt great in both of these outfits. They are comfortable, and make me happy.
The Orchids are from my in-laws and the roses are from my DH. They are so pretty so I thought I would include a picture. Farley (our dog) was very interested in my carrot cake. He loves carrots!
I am so glad to have met all of you through this forum. Your helpful comments and support have been key to my being able to revamp my wardrobe over the past few months. Warm wishes to you all for a happy and healthy year in 2015
