My DH and I both have birthdays in January. And coming right after Christmas and new year, we are maxed out on eating, drinking and socialising. And also on heat and humidity.
Outfit 1 (dinner on DH birthday): newer H&M top with older Veronika Maine skirt. The clutch and bangle were Christmas gifts from DH. I was going to semi tuck the top but it was too hot.
Outfit 2 (dinner on my birthday): Metalicus dress. It has a crossover front that kind of wafts like a cape behind you as you walk. I like that
Outfit 3 (work): older Zara top with newer Decjuba skirt. Faux leather necklace and freebirds to amp up the boho.
Outfit 4 (work): a simple outfit on a very hot day (40/105 +) but I was surprised at the high happiness factor that it gave me. The top is loose and reasonably comfortable in the heat (it's silk). I love the abstract pattern, which is a much richer blue IRL. I think that there is a lesson here somewhere
