WIW: back to work boyfriend and a couple of labor day weekend outfits

Back to work this morning after a long holiday weekend. Not looking forward to the amount of work I have to do this week.

1/2: Are you sick of seeing BF outfits yet? I swear I wear other things, I just photograph the BFs a lot apparently. Today I paired them with my splashy houndstooth tank (fully tucked - I kind of liked the semi-tuck on its own but the hemline was too long in back and made unflattering horizontal chunks with the card) and a lightweight handknit cardigan.

3: I wore this on Friday for a short day of work followed by a long bus ride and dinner with the fiance. This dress is ancient, but I kind of forgot about it this summer. I was pleased to discover that it is no longer too tight!

4: WIW on Labor Day. We went to my fiance's alma mater to show around his friend who is starting grad school there. Bonus points if anyone can identify the sculpture I am standing next to! We had actually seen a version of this artwork in LA last winter, so it was very surprising to see it here too!
This was the one-year anniversary of our engagement (I swear we are going to start planning our wedding soon!) so I wore the same dress I wore when we got engaged!

I love the BF jeans on you! #1 is my favourite. I have very similar Danskos and used to have those exact Naots but the part with the metal circles snapped. They are so comfy.

Thank you, everyone! I'm glad you all still like the BF looks, because I still have some things I want to try! Boots, for one; also, layers once it gets a little cooler... even this cardi, which is thin and short sleeved but is nevertheless made of wool, today turned out to be a bit too warm and I have taken it off - it was a lot warmer and more humid than I expected.

L.O.L. Kiwichick-they SHOULD have B.F. Loos (toilets) so they can leave the seat up as much as they like and clean them themselves!
Diana, I just love my B.F. jeans too for all the reasons above. I enjoyed wearing them in our cool weather with boots and layers, I am sure you will too.
