Today I met my best girlfriend for lunch at a hip little bakery in town. Inspired by Angie's post, I wore a sundress and sandals. I find the dress very comfortable and breezy in our extremely hot southern weather, but it doesn't appear to be the most flattering on my slender yet not-feminine frame. I have wondered if I should have the neckline adjusted to make the shoulder straps less wide.
I also debuted my hair, which I have kept under a hat since June. I've grown out a very tight, short pixie into a curly, Audrey Tautou-type do. I think it's pretty much there. I really hope it looks cute and quirky rather than "I don't know how to control my curly hair that I'm growing out."
