I must recreate this outfit for a photo when I get home, but I felt so good/happy in this outfit yesterday that I can't wait to describe it.
White button blouse with turned up cuffs, Kasper brand.
Camel pencil skirt, Halogen.
Fuchsia with large paisleys in camel, teal, and black print cardigan.
Black dotty tights.
Black Mary Jane low heeled pumps.
Black shiny bead necklace.
I had HUGE trepidations about wearing BLACK hose with the camel skirt, but the combo is all over style reports and photos now, so in the interest of showing up with a modern edge, I braved it. I felt like a grown up, super polished, modernized Emma Pillsbury effect, and it really felt like me. Im not sure that is the best description, but I've been pinning a lot of outfits lately and they were running in that direction, so I said to myself, I should be wearing that look more, huh? Well, when I get the photo added, I will like to hear your reactions. Maybe I am full of bologna, but maybe it's the right way to go. Thanks for reading if you got this far!
OH, and I forgot to mention the FAB vintage bag I just happened to find in the antique shop down the street from the conference center! Photos will include it.
