The main reason I couldn't make the trek up to the wonderful YLF gathering this week is that I had a lot on my plate down here, including symphony tickets at the DIsney Hall on Friday and a long-awaited gala at our local theatre on Saturday.
1. Friday I wore what I call my "Star Trek" outfit -- oversized tunic and pull-on pants from a local Korean fashion store, with my fave comfy silver sandals. It was very comfortable and the concert was fantastic!
2. Saturday the dress code was "California formal" and this is what I came up with: The skirt is new from Tuckernuck and I teamed it with my wardrobe workhorse Ted Baker sparkly tee, and then this lovely shawl that somebody gave me for Christmas a year or two ago jumped out of the closet and absolutely made the outfit!
