I love brown accents, so I was all over Angie's post this morning. Especially since the night before I'd picked out almost the identical outfit!
This is where Angie's post helped me fine tune: I'd been planning to wear a black fluid tee. Instead, to make the top dressy, I substituted this silky top. A huge improvement and I think I felt much more fab all day than if I'd worn the tee.
The brown belt is a favorite--it takes me back to being a teenager in LA in the early '70s. I don't have brown footwear though--the Fly London sandals below might have been nice! So I wore these sandals. Not matching bothered me at first but I got over it.
Do you think brown sandals would have been an improvement?
