Hazy head today, so ended up with a tunic that might've been too short, but was just very casual day at work today. Added red thrifted belt (1$) for waist definition and layered with a long linnen cardi for cooling warmth (if that makes sense) and to cover up the short tunic. Does the proportions work?

I find this cardi hard to style. I have tried dresses and pants, but it seems like a high low contrast works and a tailored dress too. Angies post on dropped shoulder seams were really enlightening! http://youlookfab.com/2012/08/.....lder-seam/

Since my shoulders are sloping, I think I need to streamline the rest of the look. The pockets are also drawing attention down and adding bulk. A necklace or something of interest around my face would maybe prevent it. What do you think? Any suggestions?
