WIW: and some K/Toss or Store

I wore a couple items today I haven't been sure if I should keep or toss (or save as a sentimental item).
NYDJ ponte pants - I love these pants and hope they don't look like leggings but please let me know if you think they should be worn with a longer top only.
Animal print sweater purchased from F21 last year - K/T? I only wore it a few time last year so think I will keep and wear a few more times this year even though it's not the greatest color for me. Or should I pass it on?
Leather athletic Clark shoes - these are way out of my norm but they caught my eye because I was intrigued by Una's Ash Sneakers. I thought these would be a fun way to try the leather sneaker look and I'm loving them so far.
Leather jacket - K/Store? - this jacket has sentimental value as if was a gift from DH our first Christmas together 15 years ago. I wore it for years but it has hung unworn for the last many years. Angie's post on men's jackets caused me to pull it out to see if maybe it could be given a new life. Do you think it can or should it be hung back up?

The ponte pants are great.

The zebra sweater is fun.

The shoes are probably great to walk in and are fab for traveling. I like that they are patent. But they aren't trendy in the "Ash" way.

Hang the jacket back in the sentimental pile. It looks dated, but like that you hauled it out nonetheless. That was a fun fashion moment in itself.

Gosh, I feel a bit tentative about offering my twopence worth now but here goes anyway ...
I think the sweater and the pontes together look nice - and I have on something similar today - but the pairing is not one I'm seeing so much these days on the forum. I guess my eye is getting used to seeing volume paired with a trimmer item. The sweater with a full skirt or the ponte pants with a more blouson top, for example. Worth a try, maybe?
Your much loved jacket looks somewhat big on the shoulders. I wonder if it could be tailored to a more current fit? Penny.

Maybe you can turn the jacket into a long funky vest by removing the sleeves and changing the buttons? Love the pants and sweater!

Love the pants and the sweater. It actually makes a good outfit right there! The shoes are perfect for weekend walks, etc. or travels.

Lantana - you're right, I'm liking the more voluminous look also but these ponte pants are my "work pj's" - what I wear on rough morning, so I'm glad they are passable!! Alaskagirl - I can't wait to see an outfit in those Ashes. I have them on my wish list. Those Clarks are so incredible comfy that I convinced myself they are a little fashion forward than they are. Glad to have this forum to set me straight. Neelie - I like your idea. Maybe someday!
