WIW and K/R gold shoes

I love this outfit I wore to work today! It was so easy to wear all day long which I never do. I usually change immediately when I get home. The Limited is becoming a go-to for pants. They just get my long rise hourglass figure.

jacket - Sears
pants - Limited
top - BR
shoes - Sam Edelman

Also, what do you think about these gold shoes? I like the side view, but I'm not so sure about the top view. I'm sort of leaning towards the ones that Janet has...

Yes, I like your work outfit with the blue shoes. I too am always happier in comfy clothes that don't 'wear me.'
I can't recall Janet's gold shoes but I think I agree with you here- these look a bit like fancy slippers, and don't seem to match the Fab style I am seeing in pics 1 and 2.

Your outfit looks great. I vote return the shoes. I don't like the way they gape at the sides, they just look too wide for you. Nice colour though.

The neutrals of your outfit look great together and the Sears jacket looks like a nice fit. I'd like to see the top half with full length pants as something about the proportions here seems to make your legs look short, but it may just be the angle of the photo. I vote pass on this pair of golden "slippers". I don't remember Janet's but find gold a great footwear color, especially for summer.

Haha, Joy, that's no optical illusion. My legs just are short. No getting around it. Full length pants with heels do help, but I can live with it for the sake of the summertime.
