Like many of you, I'm feeling compelled to repeat my favorite looks more often this year. I had a short work week due to the MLK holiday, so I thought it would be fun to try a week of repeats with tweaks. In each pic I've shown the original outfit on the left with the tweaked version on the right.

Pic 1 is my casual layers look from last weekend's mall trip. The tweak was swapping the denim jacket for my camel corduroy peplum blazer. I like both versions equally.

Pic 2 is my fur-ocious animal on animal look from New Year's Day. the tweak was swapping the cream jeans and tall boots for camel trousers and dressier boots. I have a slight preference for the tweaked version.

Pic 3 is a look from No-repeats-vember. The tweak was swapping the trouser jeans for black flares and the silver patent flats for black pointy-toe flats. I left off the necklace and bracelet and, inspired by something Rae said about wearing a simple outfit with a statement bag, opted for my striped black & white tote instead of my purple hobo (not pictured). I love the tweaked version so much more than the original.

Pic 4 is one of my Denim December outfits. The tweak was swapping the camel flats for my burgundy suede smoking slippers and the camel satchel for my brown toggle sac. I like the smoking slippers better, but I think the brown handbag is too dark. I think my yellow purse would have worked better.

Thanks for looking! Suggestions for further improvements are welcome!
