Firstly a big apology for my scarceness - life has kind of gotten the better of me over these past weeks. I've been busy at work and busy with family birthdays, and just generally trying to keep a semblance of balance.
1. It's mid winter here and most days are fairly mild, but 2 Saturdays we had a freezing day. I was going to be spending the day on the sidelines of a school soccer field so a knitted beanie, duffel coat, boots and jeans and acid green scarf was just enough to keep the icy wind at bay.
2 & 3. We spent last weekend at a game lodge about 2 hours out of town. The morning game drive was chilly and I was thankful for my very thick fleecy hoody, but how gorgeous is the South African bush veld?
4. Today's semi casual Friday outfit for work... The same acid green scarf as in pic1 with my favourite new wardrobe acquisition - the comfy pants. Soft, so warm, tapered leg. Hubby hates them but my kids love them.
