The purple tee and black slacks have made prior WIW appearances with a different scarf. Today's combination includes my new drugstore scarf with my AE denim jacket. I believe it was Beth Ann who commented that the scarf would play well with denim, so here it is! My original plan was to tuck the tee and wear my slender leopard print belt, but once the scarf was on not enough of the purple was showing. So untucked it is. I hope the proportion is ok here? Oh, and no sleeve scrunching today due to temps and cumbersome outerwear : )

The boots are clunky, I know, but they were the best option for today's weather. They're at least 15 years old, but lined and fairly warm.

Also included is my current interpretation of Imogen's Fabruary arm candy day challenge. Since I'm not much of a bracelet wearer, I went with her suggestion of fur trimmed gloves. Not included as one of her suggestions is the less than stylish wrist brace I've been sporting recently. Maybe it needs some bedazzling.

What do you think of the red purse with my brown coat and scarf? I would have opted for my snake print bag but thought it might be too much with the little bit of leopard on the glove.
