I have spent quite some time analysing the image and why it appealed so much to me. I think it's essentially the idea that one doesn't need to lose one's identity as a mum/corporate worker etc etc. Essentially remaining true to ourselves. Of course the colours, black and grey appealed and so did her crazy hair colour.
The image has been in the back of my head as inspiration and today I managed to find a way to replicate in my own way.
