WIW: A column of black and green

I had a hard time figuring out what to wear today, so I defaulted to black. I bought a pair of dotty tights a while back and pulled them out today. I got a fab fab compliment (Tres chic) which just added tom y happiness factor. I couldn't get a good pic of the tights, so I have a separate closeup of them. I think I did pretty well today, but if I can improve on it (or other ideas), I'd love to hear them.

I think I must have missed your excellent haircut from a ways back. Anyway, I really like this. It all pulls together really well. You do look casually chic.

I like the column of color with the cardi. I really like this on you, especially the beautiful emerald color.

Only thing I could think of is maybe a necklace for a pop of sparkle, or some arm candy. Otherwise, I really like it as is, especially with those tights.

I like it a lot! I can't tell if the green is more teal or more emerald, but either way it looks amazing.
