I have a soft spot for most '90s trends, as they remind me of my teenage years. This is doubly true for lace-up stompy (combat) boots, as lacing allows for better fit on my skinny ankles/calves. So I think I went a little overboard with buying such booties: I got both the cream and black at NAS as I couldn't decide. Then I spotted this stunning pair at DSW at very low price, dark blush croco texture, with lighter blush laces, self-colored sole and taupe stripe. I couldn't resist, so I got those as well.
This is the outfit I wore on Friday evening, for errands/trip to grocery store. I matched the blush booties with a blush midi Zara lace skirt, cream ribbed silk henley for an extra '90s touch, taupe leather moto and a cross -body bag that combines all the three colors: blush, cream an taupe. I quite like the skirt and booties together and ill be probably wearing them again with other items on the top.
