It's wicked hot here again after a break last week, so I am still in my summer-weight jacket and skirt. I pulled this peplum top out of the back of the closet after seeing Angie post about hers recently, and I'm liking this combo! Everything is old but hopefully it looks reasonably fresh.

Bonus shot from my son's birthday party in San Diego over the weekend. (That's him with the coat and tie!) His friends from the graduate program were as cute as a basket of puppies! And look! The blonde young lady in the front row had the same Steve Madden tote as me, only hers was brown and black instead of white and black! Big fun!!
