WIW 8/30: Pink and orange Stacy London book copycat!

Last night Hubby and I were watching "What Not to Wear" on the DVR, and one thing led to another, and we ended up on Stacy London's Facebook page, which led us to the video trailer for her new book, The Truth About Style, which contained this amazing pink-and-orange-and-black-and-white outfit that totally made me swoon!

I loved it so much I took a screen shot and copied it! I think the yellow bag is the thing that pushes it over the edge into pure fasion genius -- something I would NEVER have thought of! I am happier with this outfit than I have been with any outfit in quite some time. What do you think?

I have that same jacket, and while I don't wear skirts, I have several pairs of hot pink pants/capris. I even have a yellow/white houndstooth bag.... I'm so going to use this look as inspiration.

Oh I love these colors and so fun with three brights at the same time!

And I am soooo jealous that you could pop into your closet and pull it out! without shopping...

I am torn by filling my closet with jackets and blouses of all rainbow colors and keeping it small enough to use it all. I currently have my eye on a maroon and a forest green blouse, just because I would like to have them while they are available, before those colors are out of fashion and I cannot find it again (like mustard yellow..heh, seeing any this year?). What to do!?!?
