I had been wanting a white skirt for a long time and was very happy to find this cotton blend Halogen version on sale at Nordstrom. I debuted it today with my favorite black and white blouse and a lightweight black cotton blazer. I considered wearing my black and white Doc Martens but ended up going with plain pumps instead. Happiness factor pretty high!
