WIW 7/12 Cobalt & Coral - YouLookFab Forum

Today I was feeling tired after a long week so I needed colour to lift my spirits. At my credit union, everyone wears company polo shirts with khakis every Friday. The shirts are navy blue and not really me....and since I wear suits every other day, Friday is the only day I can dress down. I like to look a bit more pulled together than a polo and khakis will allow me to.

I wore my cobalt flower print skirt which I bought from JCPenney for $20 and my coral cardigan from Monsoon. The cardigan was one of my purchases in England. I really like the texture of the cardigan...It's got a bit more interest than a plain cardigan.
I realise I must really like this colour because its the second time I've worn it this week.

I paired it with nude wedges simply because I couldn't think of any other shoe this outfit would go with. I did consider ordering white wedges....I've just never owned a white shoe that isn't canvas. I've been eyeing these but I couldn't figure out what I could wear them with...until today!

Love this color combo and thnk it will work with my navy and white graphic print skirt... Love the white wedges, they will be more versatile than you think!

Well, this is a big jump up from Khakis and polos! The colors are gorgeous on you, and the nude pumps work well. Of course, white is so very Summery and fresh............ are the white shoes on their way?

This is very flattering, too, and looks both relaxed and professional.

Oh I'm so glad they don't make you wear the polo and khakis. This is so much nicer. Love the skirt and the stitching on the sweater. Your coral toesies are the perfect match. Yes you need those white shoes.

Hee hee, I ordered the white wedges!
It was fate....after I posted this, I went down to collect the post. I noticed a bright green envelope peeking out at me. The shoe fairy had sent me a reward certificate from DSW! I threw the bills on the desk and ripped that envelope open.....now they're on their way to me...

You look wonderfully stylish and polished in your cheerful outfit. I like the white wedges you ordered too. The perforations help to tame the whiteness. Please let us know how they feel on e you get them.

Fun colors here and I really like the texture in the cardigan. I just picked up an orange textured pullover myself today. Great minds think alike!

I love this color combo, beautiful sweater. I keep thinking I need to try my cobalt crops with a few different coral color tops I have...you have inspired me. Love your peep toes, to, but the white wedges will be great too!
